Ideal for families, this spacious newly refurbished and re-equipped 4 bed family house complete with private swimming pool lies 100 yards from Benahavis’ bars, shops and restaurants inside Costa del Sol's ''Golden Triangle.''
Benahavis itself is a traditional whitewashed mountain village famed as a gastronomic paradise. Local amenities include 12 golf courses, a country club, tennis and padel tennis courts, golf driving range, cycling, canyoning, art galleries and country walks through rock pools. The nearest beach and the resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are as a little as 10 minutes’ drive away.
The town house is spread over three floors with air conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi and off street parking. It sleeps up to eight people, offering four good sized bedrooms and four bathrooms including two en-suites plus a living and dining area and separate games room.
On entering the house through the Andalusian style wooden door you will find a large bedroom on your right with twin 'zip and link' single beds and separate bathroom on your left. The entrance hall takes you into the generously sized bright living room and open plan kitchen dining area which in turn leads onto a large outside terrace.
The lounge area has an L shaped leather sofa and flat screen wall mounted HD smart TV with more than 1,000 channels including nearly all English speaking terrestrial stations plus French, German, Russian and Nordic channels (guests will need their own account to log into the Netflix app on the TV).
The dining table sits eight whilst the newly fitted kitchen offers all appliances including dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, Balay electric oven, toaster and coffee maker. For those rare chilly evenings there is also a brand-new pellet fire.
The terrace has an electrically powered awning system offering welcome shade and another dining area to enjoy al fresco eating or just to enjoy the Spanish sun with its South facing aspect.
The top floor consists of two king sized bedrooms, both featuring en-suite bathrooms with the master bedroom having its own jacuzzi, bidet and wonderful views. Guests can also enjoy looking at that same mountainous scenery on the top floor whilst having morning tea or coffee on the upper terrace.
The lower floor offers a generous size bedroom with two more single twin 'zip and link' beds, a bathroom and a games room featuring a sofa, table and chairs, various board games and a second flat screen HD smart internet TV. Great for kids to enjoy away from the adult space above.
This floor also has a laundry area with a washing machine and sink plus second fridge freezer for stocking up all those beers and ice creams. There is a garage with room for one car.
The outside area has its own private pool, garden and a big sun terrace featuring L shaped sofa, sun beds and a gas barbecue. Pool and bath towels and bed linen are all included.
Nicknamed ‘the dining room of Costa Del Sol’ because of its large share of fine restaurants, Benahavis invites you to walk along its narrow winding streets and pretty squares lit up by bright white walls and lush flower displays.
There is a range of artisan independent family run stores and a pharmacy - with a big supermarket always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, fresh bread and fine wine just a five minute drive away.
Beyond the outskirts of the village centre, Benahavis municipality is an ideal spot for those who are seeking a mix of action and a solitude among the beautiful wildlife and natural landscapes.
Hikers will love the Benahavis River Walk whilst those who prefer four wheels can take a Jeep safari around the historical sites of the village and secret rockpools in the Guadalmina river. For daredevils, there are bike and motocross tours plus canyoning. The hills and mountainous routes are perfect for keen cyclists.
Benahavís has the second highest number of golf courses of any municipality in Spain, only topped by Marbella. There are currently 12 courses distributed between eight golf clubs. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
