Buses from Club La Costa reception desk are available too, as well as numerous excursions.
10 minutes walk and you are on the 8 km promenade PASEO MARITIMO that spans practically the entire coastline of Fuengirola, from the area of Sohail Castle to Santa Fe de los Boliches. Or take the bus to Marbella and walk in the beautiful old town and enjoy the good food and local restaurants.

A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Very nice & spacious apartment 10 minutes walk from the beach. We were able to use the facilities (pools, restuarants etc) of the nearby Club La Costa which really added to the holiday. The owner was very helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out requests.

“Our host was welcoming and greeted us upon our arrival. A fantastic spacious home, tastefully decorated and fully kitted kitchen. Its open plan and lovely outside terrace and private swimming pool. It is in a secure complex with entrance and private garage. I would recommend a car, however its just on the edge of Fuengirola, about a 10 minute walk. Some lovely views of Mijas and Sohail Castle. We found lots to do, however it was relaxing just to sit and have a drink or meal on the balcony.”

Our family of four stayed here for 5 days in June, 2017. We loved it. The house was spacious, with three Boors for us to stretch out. The garage was right downstairs via a private, locked entryway. The pool was small, but perfectly functional. It was great to leave in the morning after a homemade breakfast, go sightseeing in Malaga or Granada for the day, then come back to take a dip in the pool and a siesta before showers and dinner. What a life! And the beach! 10 minutes walk to the beach, at the most. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. One of our highlights was watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace while sipping fresh coffee. I even managed to do a little work on the orange patio, thanks to the WiFi. I deKnitely recommend having a rental car here. There is a huge Carrefour and shopping mall about 10 minutes away. We went there to stock up on groceries, laundry detergent, beer & wine, etc. They have everything there. There are also two small grocery stores on the way to the beach. While we ate out every night, we had our breakfast and lunch at the house, so we saved a lot of money on food. The kitchen had all of the appliances and cooking equipment needed to scramble eggs, make coffee, etc. The fridge and freezer are full-size. The dryer didn't work while we were there. But we had the use of a drying rack. In the Spanish sun, our clothes dried in no time. It really wasn't an issue. Having a washing machine was great because we packed far less than what we needed. We just kept washing as needed, so we saved on luggage for the cost of a small bottle of laundry detergent. We also (foolishly) locked ourselves out of the house by locking the patio door from the outside. So I recommend keeping a towel or something in the sliding door to prevent someone from locking it while outside. The A/C didn't quite reach the Krst Boor, but it really wasn't a huge issue, especially since we were out most of the day anyway. It worked Kne upstairs in the bedroom areas. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable. Fuengirola is a nice, quiet place to chill out...away from the crowded beaches at Malaga and Marbella. Even the little restaurant on the beach was good (try their paella!). If we ever return to Fuengirola, we'll try to get this house again. It was worth it. A beautiful house and everything was extremely clean. We were met as soon as we arrived and shown around the house. We paid €25 euros for a shopping service plus the cost of the shopping so when we arrived everything on the list was waiting for us. This was bliss and totally worth the €25 charge. It was a great House with private pool. Very close to the Beach and centrum of fuengirola. Also a great view og Very Nice terrasse. A Perfect stay. We recomend it!

Calle Vincejo house was extremely homely and comfortable. The kitchen and oven which were particularly important to me as I had to bake my daughter's wedding cake from there was completely adequate and served its purpose. The house is located within easy access to a major shopping mall and amenities and is just minutes walking distance from the beach. The owners Julian and Silvia were very welcoming and helpful in guiding us and were available on the phone should it have been needed. Our overall experience from beginning to end with Rafleys and the helpful assistance received from Leyla have been extremely pleasant. Thanks to all for making our stay in Mijas an enjoyable one.

Great home with plenty of space for 7 guests. There was a problem with the key one night but Julian was there in 10 minutes with a replacement. The neighbour was very helpful also. Highly recommended. There was a problem with the gate but it was fixed immediately

We had such a amazing stay. The owner was a lovely man always helpful and polite. Rafley was very easy to communicate with and always responded to me promptly. I would definitely stay again . The house was perfect with a great location and beautiful views! You will not be disappointed staying here . Local transport, with the beach within a few minutes walking distance. Beautiful resturants, bars and nightlife within walking distance along the beach. Shopping center also a 10 minute walk away. Yet with everything so close the house location is on a quiet street away from all the noise. Thank you so much for having us Can't wait to come back.

The floor around the pool could use a little renovation. Everything else was as good as expected. Wifi was good enough to have the whole family connected. The reception by Joaquin (or was it Jorge or? Sorry, I'm so bad with remembering names) was very nice and helpful, so that we immediately felt at home. If you don't rent a car, you will have to do quite a bit of walking to get into the really nice town of Fuengirola. But then again, that's exactly what I wanted. As on the job I'm sitting on my butt all day, walking a lot is what I love to do during vacation. There's lots of places to go to, lots of things to do besides the beach, a great diversity of places to eat and fair prices everywhere. Kids loved it too.

The location is really good. Although the spec says close to the beach, in the heat, with kids, it's more like a ten minute walk. The main area of bars and restaurants is a little further than this. We like a walk so this was ok. We're used to staying in an apartment with a shared pool on holiday so the size of the house was great. Our party was 2 adults and 4 children (16, 9, 7, 5). We had thought that the children would be two per room but the owners had kindly set up three beds in one room so the younger kids could all be together. This was great as it gave our older son some space to himself. He also had access to the balcony and solarium from his room which was ideal. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. The utility room is a real bonus if you like to do some washing on holiday. The aircon up stairs was great but we couldn't get it to work downstairs. This as ok as we probably wouldn't have used it anyway but other people might appreciate it. The outside area with the dining table and couches was my favourite part. It was great to have somewhere where the kids could be outside but out of the sun. The pool area needs to be upgraded. At some point, wooden decking has been put down. This has rotted in the sun and the owners have covered it with a rug. it wasn't terrible but it didn't feel particularly clean. New sunchair covers would also be nicer. The pool itself is small but ideal for us. My youngest child could stand up happily in the shallow end and I could stand up in the deep end. The kids had a ball jumping in without getting into trouble (as they would in a shared pool). We bought lilos for the beach and the children enjoyed lying on those in the pool - again, something you can't do in a shared pool. All together, having the pool really made the holiday for us. it was so much more relaxing than a shared one, even if it was a lot smaller. There was a lack of instructions in the house - for example, it would have been nice to know if we could refill the pool or do anything to clean it. The welcome book didn't tell us very much about the area. I suppose with the wifi and trip advisor, perhaps this isn't so important. When we arrived, there was no dvd payer or kettle which was a bit annoying since we'd brought dvds to keep the kids out of the sun at the hottest part of the day. I emailed Leyla, though, and the owner came a put one in that first day. Our welcome pack didn't have butter, cheese or wine.

The house was spacious with all necessary mod cons for self catering holiday, air con, fast wifi, laundry room etc very well maintained. The kids loved small pool in the yard. We ate at el Tajo or El Rancho and we were very surprised of how nice the food was, delicious. We went out and about all days, the car is not needed at all. A taxi was roughly 7-8 euros to town and there are endless bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again.
