- Ground floor with the living area, American style kitchen, dining room, outside terrace with a BBQ and outside furniture, guests toilet and a direct access to the pool on the other side of the townhouse,
- First floor consists of Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms (2 single beds) and a second bathroom,
- Top Floor: terrace with Wonderful Sea and Mountain Views with second BBQ, sunbeds, outside sofa and high table to enjoy the sunsets.

The townhouse accommodation consists of:
A comfortable living room furnished with sofas and flat screen TV. Leading off from the lounge area, you come to the American kitchen which is modern and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. the equipped kitchen offers all utensils you need for preparing your meals, coffee maker, electric kettle. You have a master bedroom where you can relax on the king size bed and enjoy your morning coffee.
The place has all the necessary utilities for your stay such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, WIFI, hair dryer, iron, BBQ, Satelite TV …
High quality standards in just 10-15 min walk to the Beach, Shops and Restaurants.
A Car Hire might be recommended for people with walking problems as there is a small hill to get to the property from the beach. However we can provide you the best prices for a car rental. There is a direct and private access from the garage to the townhouse.
The townhouse is suitable for 6 people (possibility of an extra child sleeping on the sofa in the living room – NOT a sofa bed).
You can use the whole complex including its gardens, pools, outside parking and your underground private garage for 1 big or 2 small cars.

The beautiful town of Fuengirola with various restaurants, historic constructions, zoo, parks and different activities on the beach, all short distance from the house, would keep your evenings busy. Fuengirola and Mijas Costa have selection of championship golf courses.
It offers excellent beaches to cool off or sunbathe with variety of sports jet skis included: Los Boliches, Las Gaviotas and Torreblanca and most of them have toilets, open-air showers to rinse off the sand and salt, and coastguards during the whole summer season.
If what you like is to go out partying, Fuengirola’s nightlife is very lively with plenty of places to choose from. Most of the pubs, clubs and discos are located on the Promenade
If you’re travelling with kids, they’ll surely appreciate a visit to the Fuengirola Zoo, that hosts a wide variety of different species from the animal world, where the kids and yourself will thoroughly enjoy this great experience.
A daytrip to Biopark in Fuengirola is highly recommendable if you want to have a good time.

Every Tuesday, the "Fuengirola Market" takes place in the town’s fairground and opens early in the morning till about 3pm. It’s actually one of the biggest open-air markets in Malaga and on the Costa del Sol, and attracts both visitors and locals. It’s worth a wonder round to check out the wide variety of merchandise that’s on sale, from clothing to fake watches of famous brands, to products made in Andalusia. There is also another second-hand market on Saturdays and a similar one on Sundays in the far end area of Fuengirola just before the river that separates the town from the castle hill. For the locals, life continues in Fuengirola, the fishermen set out to sea everyday, the same way they did when it was only a small fishing village decades ago.
The Rosario Fair in Fuengirola is also worth highlighting, that starts in October in honour to Our Lady of the Rosary, the town’s Patroness. The fair lasts about a week in which there’s a parade of horsemen, they enclose heifers and carry out several singing festivals. the fair brings us back to its stockbreeding origins and celebrates a national competition of horse-drawn carriages.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Mooi en comfortabel Een leuke knusse appartement. Mijn gezin en ik hebben erg van genoten tijdens ons vakantie In principe is het een zeer leuke appartement om te verblijven met je gezin of vrienden. Alleen is het in de avond / nachten zeer gehorig uit de omgeving. En in de badkamer als je wilt douchen moet je wel lang wachten totdat er een beetje warm water uitkomt.
