Once inside the villa on the first floor you are welcomed into a reception area which leads to a well sized kitchen with a central breakfast isle. It opens into the large living room with tastefully decorated fireplace, divided into dining and living areas. High wooden double doors of the living area open to the covered terrace and further outside to the beautiful gardens where you could relax by the poolside lounge of enormous swimming pool.
The main floor also offers guest bedroom with a single bed, an office with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
The top floor hosts master bedroom with in-suite bathroom with hot tub and walk-in wardrobe. Master bedroom with its private generous size East facing terrace offers stunning views of La Concha.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
Behaviour Requirements: There are certain rules, common sense based, regarding behavior that the Guest agrees to comply with. Please avoid making noise at late hours, (also at siesta hours), be polite with the neighbours, leave the surroundings and the common areas clean and free of rubbish, water or damage, comply with the rules of the community and follow the swimming pool rules. Please read the instructions to make sure all the recommendations from the owner are acknowledged. Making fire is totally forbidden in Spain during the summer. The police might be involved in case any of these points are violated, keeping Rafleys Costa del Sol the right to evict the whole party from the apartment.
Smoking Policy: All Rafleys Costa del Sol properties are NONSMOKING. Any breech of this policy will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and forfeiture of any monies paid. Guest will also be responsible for the additional cleaning charges.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

El pago se efectúa de la siguiente forma: Un depósito equivalente al 25% de la renta se paga en el momento la reserva. El pago final se debe 30 días antes de la llegada. Las reservas que no se paguen en su totalidad en la fecha de pago final se cancelarán y se perderá el pago anticipado.

Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

The holiday was unreal, the villa was perfect, and the pictures really don't do it justice. The dream holiday home. Rafleys stuff met us on arrival and was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and sort any minor issues we had. He even sorted our transfer back to the airport. Amazing experience, will be looking to rebook for next year.
