The front terrace at the entrance door offers a cosy dining area for 4 perfect to enjoy morning coffee and a newspaper, it overlooks quite picturesque street of lovely Serrezuela. The huge inner yard terrace with dining area for 6 and BBQ leads furhter to a pool area with loungers.
Once you are inside, first you will get into a cozy and welcoming hallway from where you can access to the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Making a few steps further will bring you to the spacious and beautiful living room with raised ceilings and a fireplace. The living room is divided into seating area with a corner sofa, armchair and 42" flat screen TV with satellite channels and a formal dining area. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with a king size bed and its private en-suite bathroom. The second one has a double bed and a bathroom is available in the hallway.
A fully equipped modern kitchen of this holiday villa for rent also has a dining area. There is direct access from the living room to the sun-drenched open huge terrace and further to the pool area where you can enjoy the sun during the day, laying on the sun beds and organize BBQ in the evening, it has all facilities needed for both activities. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
