The infamous town of Casares is well worth the short drive where there are lots of tiny shops and restaurants as well as an abundance of art galleries. A short drive into Marbella for some shopping and maybe an evening meal in one of the many restaurants in the Old Town. The yachts of Puerto Banus should not be missed just to see how the other half live! The huge department store of El Cortes Anglais is located at Puerto Banus too. How about planning a visit to one of the mountain cities(Seville, Rhonda or Granada) or maybe a trip to fantastic Cadiz located near to the vast nature reserve which stretches into Portugal. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport.

Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
