A really spacious home with a lot of internal space and private garden. Located on the ground floor generous size living area offers a comfortable corner sofa bed, armchairs and flat screen TV. A dining table sits 6, floor to ceiling window wall opens onto a terrace and further to a beautiful well-maintained garden. A cozy sun terrace offers the second dining area, and also connected to the terrace with its own dining table for dining al fresco. The main level offers open plan kitchen and a guest toilet.
On the top floor of this holiday villa for rent there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and a guest bedroom/office with a single bed and an access to a bathroom.
Outside dining area and a small garden of the house would be an ideal place to relax.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

All good, as or better as desribed in pictures. Nice pool areas and short walk to the beach and only 15-20 walk to Fuengirola city centre. Kids and adults enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended.

This is a great house in a good location. Amazing views from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very spacious. Not all the facilities at Club La Costa are open to guests of this house but there is a great pool beside the house and you can use the restaurants and shops. There is also a train which you use to travel around the place. It is about a 15/20 minute walk to Fuengirola. Originally posted on Airbnb.com
