This meticulously designed holiday apartment is superbly located within the gated complex of La Medina de Banus just in 4 min. drive to world-known Puerto Banus Harbour with sandy beach, luxury brands, glamorous restaurants and nightlife. The area of Nueva Andalucia doesn't have lack of restaurants and bars for all tastes, shops, entertainment and other amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. Right next to Medina Banus apartment you will find numerous golf clubs, supermarkets, a pharmacy, Nao Pool Club and a shopping center with ATM, cafeteria and gym. A flee market is organized every Saturday morning near the bullring. In H10 hotel you will find a casino. The beach can be reached in 5 min. by car.
The spacious and cozy living room is divided into seating and dining areas. The seating area provides a big sofa that opens into a sleeping place and a flat screen TV. This is a room with plenty of luxe touches, in keeping with rest of the house! The living room opens further onto the generous size main terrace with dining table and garden views. This apartment is located in the middle of the action, at walking distance to all amenities yet in a quiet community. If you are a golf player you are in the middle of Costa del Golf with 50 golf courses along the coast and eight (8!) in the vicinity; La Quinta, Club de Golf Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf Club, Dama de Noche, Golf Rio real, Santa Clara Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club, just to name a few.
Puerto Banus, with its shopping areas, fine restaurants and trendy beach clubs is 1 km away. Marbella centre with its charming old town, its tapas bars and shops is a 10 minute drive. Malaga airport is 45 minutes away.
There are many activities in the area including golf, tennis, cycling, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing and jet-skiing.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Perfect location and excellent apartment, rooms very clean and comfortable. About 10 minutes of drive and there are the Golf Courses. Golf lovers will love this place for sure, I did! )) The building is surrounded by lush gardens, the gated area is a plus. Rafleys Staff always at hand and helpful, thank You! Had a brilliant time here. I will always return to this place it's one of my favorite places to visit and stay.
