The house is walking distance to the best Marbella beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. For golfers there is a beautiful Santa Clara golf course located just 1 km away. For beach lovers the house is located just 10 minutes away from the sandy Marbella beach, there is also a large shopping mall La Cañada just a 3 minutes drive away.
The estate is divided into three buildings, the main house built in two levels and the other two built into independent buildings.
All bedrooms for all 3 buildings have independent entrances, all of them with direct access to the pool area.
This beautiful villa has in total 7 bedrooms with 7 en suite bathrooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. It is perfect for the extended families travelling together.

Once you enter, first you will get into a cozy and welcoming hallway. Immediately off the hallway there is a terrace conservatory with pool views and is set up as a formal dining area for 12.
Further down the hallway you will meet the spacious and beautiful living room with a dining area for 8, a comfortable sofa with an armchair. The hallway leads you further to a lovely lounge with a TV set, a sofa bed and a fireplace.
Opposite the living room there is a fully equipped modern kitchen that also has a breakfast dining area.
From the hallway you can access the two bedrooms of the main house. One of them is a master bedroom with a king size bed and its private en-suite bathroom room. The second bedroom of the main house has a shared bathroom down the hallway.
There is direct access from the master bedroom and into the sun-drenched open large pool area where you can enjoy the sun during the day, laying on the sun beds and organizing BBQ in the evenings as it has all facilities needed for both activities. The villa is set on 1000 square meters, providing spacious gardens, privacy and tranquillity. Exit through the double door to a generous size pool area dining area and enjoy ‘al fresco’ in privacy of a blossoming Spanish garden with a good size swimming pool.
From the yard of the house there are two stairs leading to the house where there are five en-suite bedrooms, with every bedroom offering its own exit to the pool lounge.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
