At night you’ll enjoy snuggling down in your sumptuous custom-designed king bed. Both the luxurious master and two other bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding.

Situated east of Marbella with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc. Elviria centre just a 5 min walk away. There is a local gym which there is no membership fees. A short stroll away is Nikki Beach where the rich and famous frequent the beach and nightclub. 10 minutes by car you have the bustling town of Marbella with the famous Orange Square. At Puerto Banus, only 15 minutes away, you can witness the jet-set lifestyle along with multi-million pound yachts and super cars. On a more intimate scale there is Puerto Cabopino which is only 5 minutes away by car or a 25 minute leisurely stroll along the wonderful beach. Fuengirola and Benalmadena are also just a short drive away and have untold bars, restaurants and nightclubs and considered more commercial with a brand new indoor shopping mall which houses many of the well known high street brands. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Getting checked in was really easy once we landed we rang rafleys the manager met us with a bottle of wine then checking out was also easy apartment was amazing and very clean looks just like the pictures.
Clean! Spacious! Private! Fab pool area! Comfortable beds! Great shower facilitates! All amenities available...
The apartment was extremely clean and well positioned.
Great newly refurbishe apartment with a fantastic large terrace with beautiful sea view. Functional and well equipped kitchen. Large spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and two beautiful bathrooms + toilet. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach as well as loval shops and restaurants. Plus for having basic things in apartment, like soaps for dishwashing, clothes and shower. Minus: only one set of keys, the garage door opener did not work, no duvets in the bunk beds (two of the kids beds) only the sheets. Very hard bed in the master bedroom, recommend a softer top mattress. Exept from this we had a great week with our three kids, all in all a beautiful apartment that we easily recommend further.
You would find it hard to better this spacious well equipped apartment with stunning seaviews and terrace to front. The manager is very responsive and helpful. A very short walk from the apartment through the beautifully kept grounds brings you to the beach & a very good beachside restaurant with beach sun Loungers: right outside the garden gate. There are beach restaurants/chiringuitos about every 100m so you're spoilt for choice. Fishermen on the beach provide them with fresh fish. I've been coming here for many years and this is my first rental through Rafleys and at Perla Blanca. You won't be disappointed.

Silvia, the manager, was very welcoming & lovely to deal with. She made sure that we had everything we needed. On arrival she'd left milk, fruit juice and bottled water in the fridge, which was really appreciated. As described, the apartment is large, recently renovated, beautifully furnished & had everything we needed. The kitchen was otherwise well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine & lots of basics in the cupboard ie herbs, sunflower oil etc. The guest bathrooms are a bit small, but all bathrooms are clean, showers very powerful, functional & well decorated. The pool was a good size, it wasn't used by a lot of people & was very well-kept, with beautiful surrounding gardens. The property is perfectly located, a 3min walk from the beach and from the main road where the main bus stops are, with Marbella in one direction & Fuengirola the other. The buses were quite frequent & it was approx 1 - 2 euros each way on the bus. There is a Super Sol & Lidl supermarket in Elviria on the main road. Lidl is much cheaper to shop in! There are a selection of restaurants & bars in this area. We hired bikes for 15 euro each (24 hour hire) from a shop on the main road in Elviria. We biked to Marbella using the promenade along the front of the beach, where we stopped off for food & drinks at different bars/restaurants - a great way to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend The Boardwalk restaurant, which sells fantastic burgers, pizzas etc. Also the Blue Palm was great. They had an offer, buy one San Miguel get one free, for 3.50 euros. You could also get full English breakfast for 6 euros! The food was great, the people who ran it were lovely & welcoming so we kept going back! We went to a lovely restaurant/bar called Cappuccino. We had the best cocktails we've ever experienced. They were smooth alcoholic slush, with fresh strawberries blended into them, served in a gorgeous cocktail glass with all the trimmings. The waiting on staff were very smart & the bar had a really nice ambiance. There was plenty to do. We went jet skiing from Marbella to Puerto Banus - fantastic! Loved the yatchs in the harbour & sports cars! We went to the Selwo Safari Park in Estepona, a great day out. We'd love to come back & rent the house again next year - sheer luxury!
