Luxury holiday apartment for rent is located in Club La Costa World resort area only 5 min to the beach. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a 40 sq m terrace with stunning sea views. The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools with sun beds (including shallow ended children pool) and parking lot are available for Malibu residents.

Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km)
Weather forecasts do not suggest any significant changes and the rain here does not usually exceed 50 days each year.
This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Costa del Sol, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Very wel equipped apartment with a large terrace and jacuzzi. Located on Club la Costa world, restaurant and minimarket are a 5 minute walk away. Great beds, 2 nice bathrooms. Great place to stay at the costa del sol!

Lovely apartment, lovely pool & balcony...our 4 children absolutely loved our stay...everywhere was lovely & clean ...it all added upto a fantastic holiday. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed at the Club la Costa site quite a few times, but this apartment was by far the best that we have stayed in. The apartment ifself was very nice and well equiped also larger than other apartments we have stayed in on site. The gated Malibu Mansions are at the highest point of the site and hence the views were stunning. The pool was large, quiet and very warm, ideal for us delicate Brits. C05 - Have just returned from a 'Winter' short break at this apartment. We've been here several times and it just feels like we have come home when we get here! It's a pleasure to stay here and the owner is so welcoming and friendly we feel like we have known her forever (in a good way!). It's always immaculately clean and well equipped and well cared for, we only wish we could live here! It's so relaxing and an easy place to relax and enjoy the sunshine - even in March it was really pleasant, we were so lucky, we're thinking of making March an annual trip. We have already booked to come back again twice this year and are counting the weeks to our return, many thank to Leyla and all the great staff behind her!

I can't recommend this holiday rental highly enough. The apartment is absolutely lovely with fantastic views of the sea and mountains from the terrace. It comes with all the special touches that make your stay perfect. The hot tub was warmed ready for our arrival and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment was also equipped to make us feel completely at home - just so thoughtful of the owner to be so considerate of the guest experience ( so rare these days!) The complex has great amenities such as swimming pools, shops, restaurants and even a little train that takes you around the resort. The beach and local shopping mall is close too. It would be suitable for couples or families. There's a lift to get up to the apartment if required. Can't wait to go back. Tried booking again before we finished our vacation but the dates we want are already booked! Thanks Layla!

I've been coming to the Costa del Sol for many years and am only sad I didn't find this apartment earlier. The resort itself is immaculate with well tended gardens etc. If you don't want to go off the resort, you don't need to as all requirements are catered for...supermarkets for fresh produce, a selection of restaurants (the Italian had delicious food at reasonable prices), a lovely coffee shop (Sams pantry), a choice of pools and even a fitness centre and spa. The pool at the apartment is super good for relaxing around. A selection of sunbeds are always available, the pool area is immaculate and a nice size for a swim. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it is less than 5 mins walk... I noticed a review which said it was 20 mins away, it really isn't, even taking a slow stroll it is only a few mins away. The apartment itself is gorgeous... like everywhere else it's immaculate. Stunning panoramic views of the coast. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms lovely, double shower is also great. The balcony gets the sun from early morning until around 14:00, so it's nice and cool in the evening. Wifi is fab too. We hired a car and had some days out, we used Yellow Cars who are just in Mijas and they delivered the car to us and picked it up again... Very reliable, very helpful and very reasonable. Mijas village is 15-20 mins away, and very pretty. Ronda is a little further away up in the mountains and worth a trip. Leyla, is really helpful and quick to respond to emails, so you always feel you have the information you need. We had to change plans a few times and that was managed really well. If you've not been... you really should come, it's all it says it is and much more. We can't wait to come back. Claire

Tres bel appartement tres confortable et tres bien équipé. Des couvertures en plus seraient les bienvenues en fevrier! Tres spacieux et le jacuzzi est vraiment agreable sur la grandes terrasse. Les piscines chauffees ne sont pas á coté de l'appartement,ni la salle de sport. L'accueil avec quelques provisions et une bouteille de vin etait tres agreable!
