With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a 40 sq m terrace with stunning sea views. The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools with sun beds (including shallow ended children pool) and parking lot are available for Malibu residents.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Really nice apartment and atleast now in October the resort was quite empty and quiet. There was plenty of room in the pool area which was nice for relaxing. Location is good. Couple kilometers from Fuengirola beach street and shopping centers. We had a rental car which helped moving around a lot. Only small negative comes that there was no coffee maker in the apartment. But we bought one so if the cleaners won't throw it to the trash bin that problem is solved too 🙂
We are just back from Malibu Mansions, Club La Costa and it was just amazing! The apartment was very spacious and bright! Bedrooms were very comfortable, adorable terrace with brilliant view. We are so pleased and we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, by the way 2 swimming pools (shallow ended children pool), parking place, and the restaurants nearby were perfect! We definitely recommend this apartment, hope we'll be back soon.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. On a beaucoup apprécié la propreté en arrivant, le calme, la bonne literie, électroménager de qualité, la grande terrasse. Le personnel du Resort et des restaurants sont très sympathiques. Vue la période, on n’a pas essayé les piscines, la plage ni le jacuzzi et on a plutôt pas mal bougé en voiture pour visiter la région. L’appartement est loué par une agence et non par un particulier. Ils sont très réactifs et les consignes d’arrivée envoyées par mail sont claires.

4 adults stayed for three nights for a golf weekend. The place was immaculate, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you would need. The large balcony and Jacuzzi was also great. and the property was in a nice quiet location. Although the amenities were not that close, it was always easy getting taxis everywhere and we had some great nights in Marbella (although the taxi was €40 each way) and Fuengirola (€10). But beware of the spirits they are lethal!! Also had a great meal at the restaurant in the complex when we first arrived, next to reception (can't remember what it was called), but proper good quality food. Thanks to Leyla also for her help in arranging the trip. we would definitely book here again.
L'appartement est très agréable, une belle vue sur la mer. Les chambres et le salon sont bien équipés. 2 salles de bains propres et avec beaucoup d'eau chaude. La cuisine est bien mais manque du matériel de cuisine (vaisselle très limité) pour cuisiné c'est le depannage. A part cela tout est bien, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
