With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a 40 sq m terrace with stunning sea views.The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools with sun beds (including shallow ended children pool) and parking lot are available for Malibu residents.

One of the biggest shopping centre of Costa del Sol, Miramar is located only 2km away (5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking)
The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away; while for culture vultures and those looking for a real slice of Spain, the beautiful city of Malaga can be easily reached by train.
Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km)
Weather forecasts do not suggest any significant changes and the rain here does not usually exceed 50 days each year.
This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Costa del Sol, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

El apartamento estaba muy bien y un punto a favor el jacuzzi. La ubicación para pasear no era la mejor al no estar cerca de ningún paseo marítimo( había que coger coche para todo) pero ya conocíamos la zona y eso no era problema de ustedes.

The apartment was just as described and appeared when we booked. It was superbly clean and there were plenty of groceries and a welcome pack to use. The addition of a garden for our two year old to play in was brilliant and the pool was quiet at all the times we visited. A map of the resort was not supplied and when we got one the local supermarket is not marked (it’s at Marina del Sol on the pathway to the beach) but once found provided us with all the food we needed. Sam’s Pantry is expensive for foodstuffs but the bread, etc. is very good. We ate at El Tajo on the resort and found the food to be very good. A case of a small menu done well. They do have a children’s menu which is not advertised. It can be expensive but is better than many others in Fuengirola we visited. The help from the agents was great and we would highly recommend them for their service. If we could transport this apartment around the world with us we would. Perfection!

Wonderful accommodation with first class facilities, hot tub was an added bonus with wonderful mountain views, would highly recommend for a relaxing family/couples break.

Thank you Rafleys, was a lovely stay! We traveled with our One year old and it was great for her. The apartment is very clean and has sunlight in the garden throughout the day. The hot tub is a nice touch. Very centrally located - you can walk into Fuengirola from there in 20 mins. Very nice resort, everyone was very friendly and great with our child. A luxury apartment within a beautiful peaceful setting where the hot tub was an added bonus. On arrival the place was immaculately clean and little extras had been left for us to make us feel welcome. There was basics in the cupboards like salt and pepper, cooking oils and sauces which was a great starter pack. On site bakery is substantial, and supermarket is well stocked and not too pricey. Not far from major resorts should you wish to venture out. La Cala is a lovely village for eating out in the evenings. Walking distance to the beach, although the beach is a bit stoney. A car is not needed as we used buses, but the bus stops are near very busy main roads so maybe not suitable for younger children. The pool was quiet most of the time which gave it a private feel but there were other busier pools that we could use should we want to. Would I return.... yes

We stayed in apartment Malibu C02 at the end of June and were very pleased with it. It was a spacious clean apartment and had a lovely terrace and garden area. There is everything that you need at the apartment and we were kindly left a welcome pack to start our holiday. There is a supermarket on the complex and also you can buy essential groceries from Sam`s Pantry which is by reception. The position of Malibu Mansions is excellent as there are lovely views from all the apartments. It has a gated cctv security which makes it feel very safe and the whole complex has very good security. There are good eating places on the complex and good entertainment. The swimming pool area is lovely and feels quite private as it never gets too crowded. Malibu Mansions is of a very high standard and we had a lovely holiday there. This is our second summer of stopping there. Thank you to the Rafleys team for being very helpful to us.

We had a wonderful holiday in C02 Malibu Mansions. The apartment was very comfortable and provided everything we needed (and more). Particularly liked the garden. The level of service we received from Rafleys was first class in every respect- thank you so much.

We were amazed when we arrived here. Lovely resort, nice attractions, fantastic restaurants, friendly stuff, all family members enjoyed the holiday. The apartment was clean. Bedrooms were very well appointed, bathroom and amenities top class, kitchen and living room had everything you could require. There were lots of interesting places to explore close by. Our apartment had a large terrace with magnificent views over the sea. The hot tub - perfect! The garden with the sun bathing area was an awesome thing! We do recommend this holiday apartment!

Wir, Familie, 2 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder, waren 2 Wochen im März in Appartment CLC Malibu Mansion C2, und was soll ich sagen, es war wirklich Super! Wir konnten uns super mit der komplett ausgerüsteten Küche verpflegen. Supermärkte sind paar Autominuten um die Ecke. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und die Betten waren klasse. Der Knaller war aber der Garten und der Whirlpool, in dem die Kinder oft und ausgibig gespielt bzw. geplanscht haben. Was kann ich noch erwähnen. Das Appartment haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Rafleys konnten wir immer schnell bei Fragen kontaktieren, und uns wurde schnell geholfen. Der Autoparkplatz vor der Tür war sehr hilfreich. So konnten wir immer schnell in die Umgebung starten. Das WLAN - wichtig - war schnell und hat super funktioniert. Die grosse CLC Anlage hat 2x beheizte Pools die wir auch paar mal benutzt haben. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nochmal buchen, so gut hat es uns gefallen.
