Luxury holiday apartment for rent is located in Club La Costa World resort area only 5 min to the beach. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a 40 sq m terrace with stunning sea views. The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools with sun beds (including shallow ended children pool) and parking lot are available for Malibu residents.

Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km)
Weather forecasts do not suggest any significant changes and the rain here does not usually exceed 50 days each year.
This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Costa del Sol, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

The property was clean and in a good location. There were numerous electrical problems. The Jacuzzi kept turning on in the middle of the night. The electric kept on going off. There was one shower out of order and then the warm water went off leaving us to have cold showers. We were constantly in contact with the management company but it was a stressful stay unfortunately.

Very clean spacious apartment with an amazing view to the sea. Jacuzzi in the balcony was like a cherry on top! Staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. Poor WiFi connection which for the last two days stop working at all...

Appartement super bien équipé, trés propre et idéalement situé. La piscine est top et avec toujours peu de monde. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est juste exceptionnel. Toute l'équipe est trés réactive et trés flexible. Ils nous ont permis de vite nous sentir à l'aise et je les remercie. C'est surement notre nouvelle adresse pour nos vacances d'été !! Merci encore à toute l'équipe , see you next year 🙂

We loved everything about the apartment. Location, beautiful sea views, pool, wifi, air conditioner. We will definitely be back next year. The 10% discount is a bonus. We also had transfers to and from the airport, another bonus is using that again next year we have one way free of charge. We will definitely recommend this apartment, in fact I have already done so. Once again for the use of the beautiful apartment. Wishing I was there now.

The apartment is built with quality. The Finishing touch so to speak. We enjoyed the space and marble floors. Especially the veranda is great. The bubble bath is enjoyed. Beds are good. The sea breeze is enjoyed. The view over the sea is great. The sunscreens were working and the airconditioning is good. The swimming pool looks beautiful but is unfortunately not heated. For that you need to walk a little bit. The park itself is maintained well. The coffee machine was terrible and we missed the personal touch. For the rest we had a great holiday. We were there with 4 persons.

We found this a lovely light, bright and welcoming apartment to visit. The owners have thought of everything, it's well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It's spacious, plenty of room for 4 guests - even if you took children and used the sofa bed in the sitting room we think it would still be comfortable and big enough for all. The balcony has fabulous sea views and comfy chairs, it's far too easy to sit and spend hours here, eating, relaxing and socialising, the perfect holiday! A real gem, thank you very much to all those concerned in looking after the apartment, the team are so helpful and friendly but professional at the same time. A great place to enjoy a week or even a short break.

I have already stayed in Club la costa complex before, and due to the enjoyable experience, I returned just one month later! My husband was the main enthusiast, with his love for hot tubs and swimming pools:) The apartment was very spacious and I relaxed a lot, my kids enjoyed it too! Close by to everything, shops, beaches, restaurants. We even spent a night out in a cinema close by, there is a large shopping centre which is perfect for those looking to shop. Again, stunning view and very quiet neighbourhood! I will come back again, no doubt!
