Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

The apartment was exactly as described. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, the views were amazing, and the large deck was a great bonus. The communication with the owners was very good, and the check in and check out was seamless.

The apartment was all that it was described to be. The owners were very helpful and greeted us on arrival. Property was very clean and in excellent condition. Gary and Jane were close by if we needed them and offered anytime assistance if required. Loved the beach and walks. Not only would we recommend to our friends we have already booked our return in 2018. Great holiday.
The owners met us and gave us the key and showed us the apartment. Very friendly and helpful and offered us help if we ever needed it. The apartment is well equipt and to a very high standard! Couldn't believe how nice it was. Many thanks! Will definitely use again in the future when I return.

Lovely apartment, owners Jane and Gary were very helpful in getting us aquatinted with the apartment and area. There is a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean, albeit a good walk to reach it. We enjoyed using the hot tub as well. The apartment is extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We made good use of the washing machine. The bed was firm which suited us and we slept very well. What we liked the most though was how spotlessly clean everything was. If you are coming to this area, look no further - stay here!

This apartment goes on my bookmark list in Costa Del Sol. It is a hidden gem! We loved the inner style of the apartment and the massive, spacious terrace with this great hot tub. I really enjoyed walking around the La Costa club premises - as an avid tennis player I found lots of courts walking distance away. Also, all the facilities for leisure, going out, and shopping are literally 5 or 10 minutes walk away. I look forward to drinking some wine on that gorgeous terrace again in the future!
