The apartment is located in front of the Maria Zambrano train station, from where you can take a fast Renfe train either to nearby villages, as Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola, or to another Spanish cities, as Madrid, Barcelona, etc. The area is ideal for your vacation in Malaga, having a lot of restaurants and bars, car rentals, bus station, two big shopping centers (Larios and Vialia) within 5 mins walking distance and El Corte Inglés shopping centre in 15 mins walk. In only 10 mins walk you can reach the beach, the port or the Center of Contemporary Art (CAC) and the pintoresque Soho district with its huge wall graffitis. The historic centre of Malaga is a 20 mins walk away.

Just imagine that a century ago Federico Garcia Lorca was performing at the very same Plaza de Constitución where Chinitas coffee grounds were located. Marques de Larios street is the greatest shopping street in Malaga, and it offers a variety of boutiques and cafés, with mix of tradition and modernity. Staying in the heart of a city with history where the great masters of the past left their marks is a true privilege.
There is a plethora of drinking and dining establishments within a few minutes walk, and Calle Larios, one of the main shopping Streets, is nearby. A short 5 minutes walk leads to the beach, if you avoid going into any of the marvellous shops that adorn this area.
All the most popular big Spanish/European stores are on Marques Larios, as well as some smaller boutiques and coffee shops. We highly recommend this as a stop for anyone looking to shop, or anyone looking for a nice walk where you can see the locals out and about.
The Plaza de la Constitución - Constitution Square and Calle Larios, the city's main street which ends in the square are both pedestrian precincts, and this is a recommended spot for starting your walk through the Historic Quarter of Málaga.
On one side, so as not to hinder the celebration of the many events held here, is the Fuente de Génova. Casetas (marquees) of the Feria de Málaga, the tribune of the authorities at Easter are some of the big events still hosted in Málaga's central square.
A few meters from the apartment you will find the main museums of Malaga for your enjoyment. Carmen Thyssen Museum is an emblem of the city. Among the 230 works of the permanent collection are those of world famous masters such as Ezquerra or Zumbaran, Sorrolla and Julio Romero de Torres. Temporary collections are also of great interest. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
