This villa has a unique architecture and classical interior design, surrounded by a large garden. Even on the Marbella hottest summer days you can relax in the refreshing coolness of shade provided by the mature garden. La Luna is located in one of the most prestigious and green urbanizations in the northern part of the Golden Mile, within walking distance to National Park Nagüeles and only a six minute drive to the restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beaches of Marbella are also less than a 7 minute drive away. The house sleeps 8 adults in beds, 2 extra beds for children are available.
The master bedroom offers an extreme comfort on a super king size and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. What can be better than having a bubbly bath with a glass of wine before sleep? Another majestic bedroom with king size bed has a chimney and an adjacent office for work. The third bedroom has a 180 cm bed. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and big wardrobes. There is also a guest toilet next to the main entrance. All bedrooms on the ground level and the gym have their own access to the garden.
An additional fourth bedroom has separate entrance by stairs, nice sunset view and a super king size bed.
The generously sized living room gives a sense of space and light. It is perfect to gather on its comfortable sofas around Super large Bang&Olufsen flat screen TV with international channels. Through the floor to ceiling glass doors you will get to the terrace with lounge chairs, a dining table for six and a tennis table. At the garden you will find a big pool with waterslide and a great playground that your children will adore. The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher and a dining table. The house has air conditioning and wifi.
The property is very private, surrounded by fences. The garden and pool area are serviced by a gardener twice a week. In addition to that, the property also includes private parking space and a garage for two cars.
A cleaning service and a change of all the linen can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as well as baby cot and highchair.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
