The beach is sandy with a newly built boardwalk and lots of small and big restaurants for all tastes. You will have many golf courses to choose from, the nearest is Miraflores golf.
This central geographical location of Andalusia means you will be able to easily visit many attractions such as the historical center of Malaga, the caves of Nerja, Mijas/Ronda and other typical villages, the popular Alhambra Palace in Granada, Giralda of Seville, the Cathedral of Cordoba and other popular tourist areas such as Marbella, Jaen, Cadiz, etc...
If you like nightlife then you can simply follow the beaches where there are hundreds of local bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, etc...

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

We are back from a week stay at the villa. Overall we had a great experience, The location of the house was perfect, the beach was an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants along the motorway, we loved Chinese but there were other decent ones too.The house itself was spacious and lovely. Our best recommendations.

The villa location is absolutely stunning, right at the top of small hill and the views are breathtaking. It is a 7 minute drive to the nearest beach at the bottom of the road. The villa itself is really spacious, has all the facilities needed but a bit outdated. Kitchen is very spacious and has all the necessary equipment including a washing machine. They even have a BBQ which we used quite a lot for the evening meals. Massive outdoor seating areas and beautiful clean swimming pool. The gym is small but who needs a gym on holiday !! there is a table tennis and equipments and also massive garden area. The WIFI is a hit and miss sometimes. especially if a lot of people are on it at the same time. Overall an amazing place to stay particularly if you are a large group like ours. We were 12 people staying, and each one of us felt very comfortable and not at each other's toes. There is enough living areas to have your own privacy if you wish. We had the most fun week staying there and hired 3 cars so we can explore the whole of Marbella. Highly recommend this villa, particularly as JULIA, the RAFLEYS rep, was extremely lovely and was very accommodating for anything we requested. We even had a bottle of cava waiting for us when we arrived at the villa, which was a lovely surprise. Thank you very much Rafleys and we will contact you again to book it for next year !
