This holiday apartment for rent is located in only a 5-7 mins walk from the most popular restaurants and bars in this area. It takes you only 3 minutes to find a laundry service, a pharmacy, a beauty salon or a motorcycle rental shop. Tennis court, playground with fitness machines for adults are just a 5 mins walk away.
Only 7 minutes of walk and you are in El Bombo, one of the best sandy beaches of Costa del Sol. It is surrounded by 5 bars with a varied menu including skewers, seafood, barbecue and of course famous Spanish Paella. Here is also lifeguard station, playground and sports park, rental of pedal boats, or you may try motorcycles and other aquatic equipment depending on your preference (rowing, kayaks, air casts for children and much more).
There is also a wooden boardwalk along the beach from Riviera del Sol through La Cala and towards the Cabopino Marina in Elviria, that is worth walking 7 minutes from the apartment. It’s ideal for walking and extends about 10 km in total.
If you hire a car, we recommend you to visit a charming local town Fuengirola. It takes you only 10 minutes by car. Apart from Fuengirola Promenade and antient castle you can find there Miramar and El Corte Ingles shopping centres. You may also enjoy yourself at Mijas Water Park and Biopark. Are you fond of shopping? Then you are welcome in Marbella’s La Cañada shopping centre that is a 15-minute drive away from the villa and world famous Puerto Banus in only 22 mins drive. There are also many entertainment places like Tivoli amusement park, Butterfly Park, the cable car, Sea Life, Selwo Marina.
Getting to Malaga Airport takes you 20-25 by car. Gibraltar is 95 kilometers away. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (in Tarifa) are 122 kilometers away.

Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean, plenty of storage space in bedrooms, lovely balcony. Good security, place felt very safe. We gave an arrival time of between 4 and 5, we rang from the airport to say we were on time and yet we had to wait an hour and a half outside the apartment for someone to come and give us the key. Not a great start but all was well once we finally got into the apartment.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and spacious and the gardens are kept very well. My husband has mobility problems due to a stroke and so we needed a property within easy walking distance of the beach and town so this seemed ideal. However the apartment is in a large block and is sited in block 9 , it took my husband 10 minutes to walk to the gated entrance and then we had to take taxis everywhere as much too far for him to walk which obviously we had not budgeted for. For anyone fit and healthy I am sure they would not mind the walk but for anyone with mobility problems I would not recommend the apartment unless they have transport.

Would definitely recommend. We arrived late and communication by Silvia and Natalia was excellent. The property was situated perfectly and was extremely clean, very quiet and very secure? Didn't expect welcome pack but there was bread milk butter etc which was much appreciated. We had a car but Lidl was just round the corner there was a Saturday market and I imagine you could walk into town in about 15 mins. Lovely town with plenty of restaurants, shops, the beach, 2 parks for children. Thank you letting us stay in this lovely apartment. We would love to come back and are hoping to next year
I liked that it was a gated residential quiet property, with parking it had lovely gardens and lovely swimming pool. The appartment had great air conditioning as well furnished and equipped. It had a large balcony to dine on which was a lovely sun trap in the mornings for breakfast.

The apartment was fantastic - very clean and spacious. Very well equipped. The pool area was peaceful and never busy.Car is essential I would say. We had trips to Puerto banus, banalmaden Marina and old town, both water parks and more. Best of both worlds - peaceful, relaxed environment. All in all perfect. Highly highly recommended for a relaxed and beautiful break!

We just love this place as we've stayed here twice before and very much looking to third visit next month. The apartment is immaculate with great views, it's very tranquil and peaceful but just a short walk away from local bars and restaurants which is great for 'happy hour' The complex is very secure with parking and the gardens are beautifully maintained, there is large swimming pools and a child's pool and plenty of sun beds. I would recommend a car, with Benelmedena, Puerto Banus and their stunning beaches around 20 minutes away, further afield is Gibraltar an hour away and the breathtaking Rhonda, nearer to the apartment is Mijas Pueblo 'Old Mijas' with loads of shops and restaurants a beautiful traditional Spanish village with its original bull ring. Regarding the apartment it also has a very private balcony, an excellent place to enjoy your evening with a glass or two! One last bonus is if you're a golfer like me there are 2 courses within 5 minutes of the apartment and great courses too..
