Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

“This was an ideal place for a family vacation. All the necessities were nearby; supermarkets, restaurants and the beach just accross the street. The appartment itself was well taken care of and was well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning.”
Great location opposite beach and close to bars, restaurants & shops. Apartment is in a well maintained building. Lift takes you to the 7th floor and you then take stairs to the apartment, we were not aware of this when booking and not really ideal for elderly guests or anyone with a disability. Balcony good to sit in but doesn't get the sun so no good if you want to sunbathe. Good size bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Solid doors and excellent locks so felt safe. Not a lot of light in one of the bedrooms, perhaps could change walls from purple to white to make it feel brighter. Overall a good holiday and I would consider returning to this apartment.

“Great apartment in a great location. We have no issue recommending this accommodation however note that there is no access to the pool or free parking on premises. There is however an underground parking next to the building but be sure to ask for the weekly rate of 60 Euros otherwise it is 18 Euros a day.”

The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything you might need. The views are really breathtaking, the location is perfect. We miss our time in Fuengirola, already planning to come again.
We just got back from here and have to say it was lovely. Stylish apartments beautifully laid out with every appliance needed. Quiet with some great views of the sea. The quiet pool was perfect for relaxing and swim. Excellent place for vacation. Plenty of food options on site near by and the local bars and restaurants only a short walks distance from apartment. Owner was very helpful throughout the booking. Would definitely recommend

New ReviewWe had a wonderful time here and fingers crossed will definitely be going back next year. Great location, a few minutes away from the lovely beach. The breakfast and evening meals were great with lots of choice. We were always able to find plenty that our 4 and 8 year-olds would eat. Fuingarola is lovely and clean and the Shopping area is great. Rafleys, you really have very nice and friendly staff very helpful all the time. Thank you! We enjoyed our holidays a lot.
It was a good choice for two golfers who wanted separate bedrooms. Very good situation in the heart of Fuengirola. Very nice view from the terrace with a dining table for six. The sun does not shine to the terrace . Quiet and comfort house. No disturbing traffic noice. Very good beds. Some times it was a bit hard to find a free parking place. No dining table inside. There was only few drinking glasses which I'm sure the owner will take care for the future customers. Would give our special thanks for Leyla and Tina for their efforts and patience serving us for our special hopes. Also our most apologies for a mistake we did on booking. It took a lot of efforts and extra pressure from the ladies and ourselves.
