This holiday villa for rent is located in only a 10-15 mins walk from the most popular restaurants and bars in this area. It takes you only 10 minutes to find a laundry service, a pharmacy, a beauty salon or a motorcycle rental shop. Tennis court, playground with fitness machines for adults are just a 15 mins walk away.
Only 9 minutes of walk and you appear in El Bombo, one of the best sandy beaches of Costa del Sol. It is surrounded by 5 bars with a varied menu including skewers, seafood, barbecue and of course famous Spanish Paella. Here is also lifeguard station, playground and sports park, rental of pedal boats, or you may try motorcycles and other aquatic equipment depending on your preference (rowing, kayaks, air casts for children and much more).
There is also a wooden boardwalk along the beach from Riviera del Sol through La Cala and towards the Cabopino Marina in Elviria, that is worth walking 9 minutes from the villa. It’s ideal for walking and extends about 10 kilometers in total.
If you hire a car, we recommend you to visit a charming local town Fuengirola. It takes you only 10 minutes by car. Apart from Fuengirola Promenade and antient castle you can find there Miramar and El Corte Ingles shopping centres. You may also enjoy yourself at Mijas Water Park and Biopark. Are you fond of shopping? Then you are welcome in Marbella’s La Cañada shopping centre that is a 15-minute drive away from the villa and world famous Puerto Banus in only 22 mins drive. There are also many entertainment places like Tivoli amusement park, Butterfly Park, the cable car, Sea Life, Selwo Marina.
Malaga Airport is a 20-25 drive, Gibraltar airport is 95 km away. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (in Tarifa) are 122 km away.

Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 60 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. There is also an option of damage deposit payments upon arrival to our representative. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
Damage deposit could be collected in cash upon your arrival, in that case it is be handed back on your departure day if no damage claimed.
