This holiday penthouse for rent is located in one of the best and well known areas of Marbella, close to Marriott and Don Carlos hotels. Bright and entirely renovated 2 level holiday apartment for rent with sea views from a bedroom on the top floor offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room and large terrace.
The main level offers spacious tastefully decorated living room with floor to ceiling windows opening onto generous size terrace with outside dining area, BBQ, seating area with sofa and arm chairs, and sun beds. The living room is divided into the dining area with large dining table that sits 8 and seating area with flat screen TV and leather sofas. Internet TV is loaded with more than 1000 international channels in different languages.
Fully equipped kitchen sits independently, connected with a storage room. The kitchen offers all modern machinery including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and juicer.
Two more bedrooms are in the separate wing of the main level. Master bedroom is one of them, it offers en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
The fourth bedroom and shared bathroom are also on the main level.

The penthouse is located in Hacienda Playa , Marbella. There is a brand new boardwalk (2015) running from this place to Cabopino, a wild beach. Along the beach you will find many restaurants, night clubs (Nikki beach is a 1 minute walk)) and other great amenities.
The location is ideal, directly by the pedestrian crossway, to get access to countless restaurants within a few minutes walk. By car, you are 10 minutes from the center of Fuengirola, Marbella, and 30 minutes drive to the airport or downtown Malaga.
There is a bus station a few meters from the building that runs this coast, the A-7. Access to the coastal road is directly in back of the property.
The community is located between the coastal road and the sea. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, bars, shops within a few minutes walk. located in a 3 mins walk Marriott hotel offers its gym and heated pool (not included). Meanwhile on the beach between Carib Playa and Cabopino, you will find many activities, and no activities,... well with one of the best sandy beaches in all of the Costa del Sol, even the Naturists have a section to enjoy! Andy's Beach provides rental boats, windsurfing, bananaing, fishing, paragliding etc. Seasonal beach restaurants line the Cabopino side, and make for great casual lunching on the sand.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
