As soon as you enter the villa through double wooden doors, you will find out that you are in a very special place. You will be amazed at the modern interior design with Spanish touches. The entrance hall leads to a spacious living area of 120 meters, divided into two living areas with comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, a flat-screen satellite TV, a stylish bar counter and a dining area with a dark wood table for 8 people. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine.
This stylish living area of 120 sq m leads to a covered terrace of 100 sq m with an outdoor dining area and further leads to the pool. On the terrace you can enjoy you morning coffee, admiring the stunning sea views.
The spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee tables and a fireplace is divided by a bar counter into two zones, a spacious living room in front of the fireplace and a dining area. On the main floor there are many cozy places to curl up with a book or to comfortably gather the whole company.
A generous size fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a fun and enjoyable process! The kitchen leads into a cozy breakfast area.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
