The living room is divided into a seating, cooking and dining areas. The dining area sits 4 and is found in front of the glass doors leading to a terrace. The seating area has a large sofa and flat screen TV. The ceiling is backlighted by colour changing LED lights with remote control.
The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your meals, as cookware, glassware, utensils, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
From the kitchen and the living room you have an access to a marvelous terrace, with comfortable sofa, where you can enjoy your coffee contemplating fantastic partial sea views.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, WC, washing machine and dryer.
The complex is secure and offers multiple services, as a free secured parking, two shared swimming pools, for kids and adults, only for residents, hair dresser, restaurants, children´s playground and a direct access to the beach. On the beach, you can find water sports activities and entertainment for kids, sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent, bars and restaurants. You will have all amenities, like restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc., on a short distance. Also, the city provides all types of entertainment, like golf camps, hippodrome, water sports on the beach, shopping centers, cinema, and many activities in other villages nearby.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

The location is good and the space was very comfortable. Next to the beach and we enjoyed the swimming pool. If you want to relax it’s a good place. There was a lot of broken staff in the apartment that they don’t bother to fix. When you contact the reception, you don’t have a solution or an answer to your question. The lady responsible of the house just give you excuses in order not to attend ur requests.
