This comfortable second floor holiday apartment for rent in Nueva Andalucia offers everything you would need for relaxing family or romantic vacation. It is conveniently located in Aloha Sur 32 urbanization, close to all amenities and surrounded by luxurious golf courses, tennis courts, elegant restaurants and discos. The area is quiet, secure and clean. The famous Puerto Banus Harbour is found in only 5 min. by car, Marbella Centre can be reached in 10 min. The private parking is available in front of the apartment building.
This holiday apartment for rent in Marbella was recently renovated and is able to accommodate up to 4 people. Arriving at the apartment you can park your rental car on your private parking spot right in front of the urbanization. The access to the apartment lays through a staircase, on the second floor. Due to its location and layout, there is always a perfect temperature inside the apartment, airy and cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
There is one bedroom with quality king-size bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, dish and glassware, an oven, a stove, a fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. There you can also find a technical room with water boiler and washing machine.
The living room is divided into dining and seating areas. At the seating area you can find a sofa that opens into a bed for 2 persons and a flat screen TV. You can request a UK channels box for an additional fee. The dining area has a big dining table and seats for 4. For those who travel with little ones, a baby cot and a high chair are available on demand for an extra charge.
Another dining area is placed on the spacious terrace. There you can enjoy your dining al fresco or sunbathe viewing beautiful landscape with mountains, a church and a communal swimming pool. The terrace is secure for children. All the doors and windows are secured.
On the backyard of the urbanization there is a swimming pool.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
