A superb air conditioned ground floor duplex holiday apartment for rent in Puerto Banus, not to be confused with the normal 3 bed properties, this is one of the few much larger apartments which have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs, there is the Dining- and Living rooms with a fireplace and two white italian leather sofas, a 43" flat screen TV, optic fiber with 130+ TV channels in many languages and superfast and reliable Internet access with our own private Wi-Fi free of charge. Gym, Spa, sauna, indoor pools, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are within 5 to 15 minutes’ walk.
Furthermore there is the kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom with shower. There is a very spacious terrace with a barbeque facing east towards the sea and Puerto Banus. From the kitchen and Master Bedroom there is another terrace facing west.
Downstairs we have two bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, another bathroom with shower and another terrace facing east. The apartment is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, as dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, hairdryers, etc. There is secure private underground parking with elevator access and 24/7 hr. security guard which are on hand to call a taxi if needed.
The pool is only 20 meters from the front door! The complex has 3 swimming pools and 1 children’s with gardens, plus lifeguard during the summer months. At the entrance of the apartment there is the Pasta Cafe and the famous La Sala restaurant 10 minutes’ walk and 15 minutes’ walk to the popular Ocean Beach Club. There are sports bars with big screens within 5 to 15 minutes’ walk.
There is a bus stop at the entrance of the complex if you wish to have a day out to Marbella or elsewhere. The casino is just 10 minutes’ walk away. Its located just 15 minutes walking from the famous Puerto Banus and beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. Close enough but not too close to be disturbed by the nightlife and hustle. No less than 8 golf courses just minutes away (Golf valley).
For golf lovers we are in the middle of Costa del Golf with 50 golf courses along the coast and eight (8!) in the vicinity; La Quinta, Club de Golf Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf Club, Dama de Noche, Golf Rio real, Santa Clara Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club, just to name a few.
Every Saturday morning within 5 minutes’ walk is the market for shopping.
If you arrive late we supply the option to stock the fridge with the basics to start your holiday if you like. We can also warm up or cool down the apartment before your arrival. If you need a transfer from the airport we can arrange that too. Any requests are welcome!

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Prima appartment, ligging is top, balkon is goot.
We had a lovely Holiday in this excellent apartment of high class. The apartment has everything you need, the photos online don't really do it justice. Clean, spacious and perfect. Marbella and Puerto Banus have everything you want and need for a great holiday. We are planning on retuning next year and wouldn't think of booking anywhere else.
