The house was spacious and clean, beautifully furnished. Every bedroom had its own small fridge with was a bonus. The garden and the pool were amazing, quiet and secluded. with enough sun beds for the whole family. We loved our stay, totally recommended!

We were a family group of 11 adults and 5 kids staying in the villa Melissa for two weeks. We loved the house, having lots of spacious rooms. Almost every bedroom had its own mimi fridge which was handy. Most of the bedrooms had separate bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, and the big garden with the pool was very popular for the kids (between 3 and 8). We used the barbecue for dinner most of the nights, and had all the meals in the garden. The Rafleys rep Julia was very nice, easy to come in contact with and very service minded. The super market is close to the house, and had all the food we needed, including fresh fish and meat. The house was a short drive to the long and nice beach, with a number of nice restaurants. It was possible to walk on the beach all the way to Marbella center. All in all - a very nice house, that we recommend warmly to other family groups!

My husband, myself, our children and our 7 grandchildren returned from a wonderful holiday in Villa Melissa. It is a spacious and lovely villa, a wonderful garden and we all enjoyed the heated pool very much, especially our grandchildren. The location is great, only just few minutes from everything. We recommend it highly, we all thank Rafleys team and would love to come back again. The family Anderson

We were a family group of 10 adults and 6 kids staying in the house for two weeks. We loved the house, having lots of spacious rooms. Most of the bedrooms had separate bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, and the big garden with the pool was very popular for the kids (between 3 and 8). We used the barbecue for dinner most of the nights, and had all the meals in the garden. The owner was very nice, easy to come in contact with and very service minded.

I've been in this villa for 6 nights. It has very clean rooms, beautiful pool area with sun beds . Nice beach with good Restaurants is reachable within 5 min by car - quite and safe neighborhood (it's protected by a guard). Marbella Downdown is close by (10 min by car). The owner is taking care of everything. I would recommend the house to large families with children.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 60 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Deposit Policy
You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Sixty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
