On arrival your holiday holiday home will be clean and all equipment functioning. Should anything not be up to the required standard on arrival please call the Rafleys Costa del Sol Customer support during working hours.

Additional services

Additional services are available to make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. For example, we can arrange a chauffeur- driven service to the airport, or extra cleaning on a daily or weekly basis with additional fresh laundry changes. In addition, should you need a baby cot or a high chair, we can arrange hire for you. Please call the Rafleys Costa del Sol Customer support during working hours to order any additional service listed on Rafleys’ website via the link

Electricity & Water

If there is no electric – please check the electric fuse box/board first. Simply push all switches down to the «off» position, and then push all switches one at a time including the master switch, up to the «on» position. It may be that one of these switches causes the electric to trip again. If so, it is safe to leave this one down and put all the other switches up restoring some electric. If electricity is not restored and you are sure that only your property is without electricity (i.e. all other homes around you have electricity), please contact Rafleys Costa del Sol Customer support during office hours. Electricity failures occur quite often in Spain. Sometimes the supply restored within minutes by Electricity Board, sometimes it may take hours.
The tap water is drinkable. Communities occasionally switch off water supply for maintenance – please check onsite before reporting.

Key Return

On the day of your departure please vacate your holiday home by 11 am and return the keys to Rafleys Costa del Sol in accordance with the instructions confirmed to you when you arrived. Please note: There is a charge of 25EUR per key and 70EUR per remote control fob that is not returned to us hich will be deducted from your deposit.


As a general rule food waste should be disposed between 9pm and 12pm. Refuse bins are normally located in the parking areas or outside on the street. Please put your rubbish in a plastic bag and remove on daily basis, all foodstuffs lying around will attract ants and other insects. Recycling bins can be found along most main roads, codes as follows:

  • GREEN round bins for glass
  • GREY rectangular bins for Paper and Card
  • YELLOW dump bins for Plastics, Cartons and Cans.


When leaving the property, even for a short time, please ensure that all doors, windows, shutters and gates are firmly shut and locked, and switch off any appliances including air conditioning units. Please do not leave the keys in lock inside front door wen leaving as you will need a locksmith to help you gain entry again, for which you will be charged. Please take care when using terraces and balconies that sliding doors do not lock automatically when closed or you will be left stranded. No liability can be accepted by Rafleys Costa del Sol or the Owner of the property for the loss of a Guest personal items from the property, however caused.

House Rules

WIFI The passwords are on the back of the router or on a notice to the property. If not, contact Rafleys Customer support for details. WIFI routers can be rented from Rafleys Costa del Sol if available.

House Rules Noise – Please consider and respect your neighbours regarding noise levels both inside and outside the property, especially late at night and during siesta times.

Washing – Please do not hang washing and/or towels over balconies. Please use the clothes rack provided and position it out of view of neighbouring properties if possible.

Smoking – Do not smoke inside your holiday home.

The owners of your holiday property are delighted to share it with you, please treat it with respect. General instructions for TV, satellite and digital TV. Digital TV and language setting Switch on with TV remote control Switch on digital TV set top box with set top box remote control With the set top box remote control you can now change channels, adjust volume etc. Change audio language on TV Press Menu button on remote Select language and press OK Select AUDIO LANGUAGE and press OK Select language and press OK Press RETURN button twice.
