Villa Soler is located in the Huelin neighborhood of Málaga, a quiet fishermen’s neighborhood, on the same street and in the surrounding area, there are small traditional restaurants, with a municipal market where there is a lot of atmosphere, not far a couple of streets away is Tomás Echevarría street, which is full of restaurants and pubs of all tastes that you will surely love.
It does not have private parking, but you can find parking on the same street or in the surrounding streets. Everything is decorated and prepared so that clients feel at home.

The Plaza de la Constitución – Constitution Square and Calle Larios, the city’s main street which ends in the square are both pedestrian precincts, and this is a recommended spot for starting your walk through the Historic Quarter of Málaga.
On one side, so as not to hinder the celebration of the many events held here, is the Fuente de Génova. Casetas (marquees) of the Feria de Málaga, the tribune of the authorities at Easter are some of the big events still hosted in Málaga’s central square.

A few meters from the house you will find the main museums of Malaga for your enjoyment. Carmen Thyssen Museum is an emblem of the city. Among the 230 works of the permanent collection are those of world famousmasters such as Ezquerra or Zumbaran, Sorrolla and Julio Romero de Torres. Temporary collections are also of great interest.

Another emblematic museum is the Picasso Museum is crucial to understand the versatility of the work of this great painter from Malaga. Among the works that can be enjoyed with the visit of the collection are Cabeza de Toro (1942), La Siesta (1932), the Restaurant (1914), which together with the rest of the exhibits confirm the talent, technique and constant evolution of the great artist. After visiting the museums, we recommend to take a refreshment or a glass of sweet wine in the most famous bar in Malaga, the famous Pimpi winery!

Deposit Policy

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Cancellation Policy

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
