This holiday apartment for rent is located in only a 3 mins drive from the most popular restaurants and bars in this area. It takes you only 3 minutes to find a laundry service, a pharmacy, a beauty salon or a motorcycle rental shop. Tennis court, playground with outdoor fitness machines for adults are just a 3 mins drive away.

Only 15 minutes of walk and you are in El Bombo, one of the best sandy beaches of Costa del Sol. It is surrounded by 5 bars with a varied menu including skewers, seafood, barbecue and of course famous Spanish Paella. Here is also lifeguard station, playground and sports park, rental of pedal boats, or you may try motorcycles and other aquatic equipment depending on your preference (rowing, kayaks, air casts for children and much more).

Apart from Fuengirola Promenade and antient castle you can find there Miramar and El Corte Ingles shopping centres. You may also enjoy yourself at Mijas Water Park and Biopark. Are you fond of shopping? Then you are welcome in Marbella’s La Cañada shopping centre that is a 15-minute drive away from the villa and world famous Puerto Banus in only 22 mins drive. There are also many entertainment places like Tivoli amusement park, Butterfly Park, the cable car, Sea Life, Selwo Marina.

Deposit Policy

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Cancellation Policy

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited. A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 30 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.

Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guest agrees to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
