Great villa, lovely holiday by Justin H. 02-09-2018
We loved our stay at the villa. It is really spacious, we had enough room for 12 adults and 5 children there. The kids loved pool area. The garden is big enough to play outdoor games. Inside the house had everything we needed, although some areas needed painting. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach, the supermarket and bunch of restaurants are short walk away. All in all we had a lovely stay, totally recommended!

Well it was simply breath taking , gorgeous villa with fantastic views. Big swimming pool for use, lovely terrace... had everything you could wish for!! Air con as well... just no expense spared!
Local amenities and people ever so friendly.
I would like to say that I have stayed in a lot of hotels before but this villa has topped every one! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Anyone thinking about staying in Calahonda then I highly recommend staying in this villa.

A Security Deposit is required for each reservation. On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Short Term Cancellation Policy: If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period: Less than 60 days: 100% of the advance payment The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser. If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy.

Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Deposit Policy
You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Sixty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
