These booking conditions and important holiday information are applicable to any stay at any of Rafleys Costa del Sol properties. They set out clearly and simply the responsibilities both parties have when a booking or ‘rental agreement’ is made between us.
Please Note: on stays where Rafleys Costa del Sol is acting as an agent, you are bound in the first instance by the Terms and Conditions of the operating company concerned and not those as described here.
You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
On selected properties, a guest may be offered the option to pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival. Where a guest chooses this option, the following terms and conditions apply: The second payment should be made upon arrival to the property to a Rafleys Costa del Sol manager. Reservations that are not paid in full before entering the property will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
Refundable damage deposit:
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. We DO NOT accept cash payments of damage deposit. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends on the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period:
- In case the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before check in, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- In case the cancellation takes place less than 30 days in advance before check in, the penalty of the total amount of the reservation will have to be assumed by the Tenant Party, and the Guest will not have the option to receive any refund for the booking.
The cancellation needs to be notified in writing. The cancellation date is the date when the document is received by the Advertiser.

Cutting your stay short
If the Tenant ends their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are expected to pay the entire price agreed for the lease.
If you are forced to return home early, we cannot refund the cost of any services you have not used. If you cut short your stay and return home early in circumstances where you have no reasonable cause for complaint about the standard of accommodation and services provided, we will not offer you any refund for that part of your stay not completed, or be liable for any associated costs you may incur.
Bookings made directly with Rafleys may only be altered through our Central Reservation Office by telephone or by email indicated in your booking confirmation..
No alteration can be made online on the Website. Bookings made through a third parties may only be altered by contacting the website where the original booking was made. . In some cases, you may be required to confirm your request for alteration in writing to allow for it to be processed. In all cases, a new confirmation letter will be issued showing all alterations performed. Please make sure you inform with us of any changes to avoid disappointment.
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. During low season check in and check out time might be subject to availability.
Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.
Rental Occupancy and Age Requirements: Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Guests agree to keep the number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowed. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Any breach of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement, including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
