An excellent apartment in a superb location – 5 stars! This is a newly renovated apartment in a residential complex from the 70’s/80’s. The apartment has been fitted out with stylish, modern furniture and equipment. All of the appliances are new and higher end from well known international brands. An induction hob, toaster, kettle, fan oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc. cover all your domestic needs. In the living area there is a comfortable L shaped couch facing a flat screen TV with digital Spanish channels, as well as a satellite box for other European free to air stations. The apartment offers avery strong secure front door and security shutters on all the external windows/doors. It does not have a safe. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and storage. A travel cot and high chair are also provided. The apartment itself is on the first floor with a westerly aspect. There are views over the pool area from the kitchen and second bedroom. The main bedroom and balcony terrace overlook the car park but there is a partial sea view to the left. As the balcony faces west is gets the sun from 14:00 until sunset and is a very pleasant place to sit in the evening. The apartment has 3 new air-conditioning units and these will be necessary in the Summer. The bathroom has a walk in shower with the usual excellent Spanish water pressure. The swimming pool has restricted hours depending on the season and time/day of the week. Check locally if this might cause you problems. There are built-in benches around the pool area, as well as grassy areas to stretch out. There are shower facilities as well as toilets and a disabled hoist for pool access. A lifeguard is also on duty during pool opening hours. The rear door of the complex opens from the pool area directly on the the paseo and the beach. The apartment building is a private residential complex and well maintained. There is a private covered car park space dedicated to the apartment and street access is easy. Refuse is to be placed in the on-street facilities outside the main gate. There are many cafes and bars within a few metres of both the front and back doors of the complex and there is a Mercadona supermarket just a few metres away across the road. The apartment is offered through Rafleys, a management agency. This offers you the security of having a team available to contact 24/7 should you need them. Overall this is a great apartment in a great location and i think you’ll find it hard to beat!
