Rafleys has recently included taxes into its services offer. Now we help our clients declare their Personal Income tax or IRNR.
Holiday rental taxing is known to be troublesome for Non Residents, as the property owner is obliged to pay taxes for the house that is rented and also taxes for the house that is not rented during the year. 210 model has to be presented quarterly for periods when the property is rented, and also at the end of the year for the periods that it has not been rented.
Hence, you will need to submit 210 model at least once per year and maximum 5 times per year if the house is lucky to be rented in all of the quarters.

The cost of an individual 210 presentation is 65 euros + IVA. Rafleys will present the form in basis of the gaining you have through your rentals with us.
Each spouse must declare the taxes individually. Rafleys will divide the gaining 50/50 for you and present the models for each spouse separately.
In this manner, the cost of the tax presentation service for a property that is rented in all 4 quarters is 325 euros + IVA.
Those quarters when the property is not rented are not subject to this obligation to present the 210 model, so Rafleys will not do it. You will be informed through the property owner personal newsletter.
Naturally, in order to contract this service, your holiday rentals must be exclusive with Rafleys and be your only gaining subject to taxes in Spain.
